    Federal Loan Application Process
    If you choose not to sign your Master Promissory Note (MPN) electronically when you apply online, print the MPN, sign it, and return it to Wells Fargo at PO Box 5185, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5185. That's all you need to do. Wells Fargo will notify the financial aid department of your request so your school can certify your loan.
